What are your opening hours?

We’re open Monday to Satuday, 9AM – 6PM. We’re closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Where is JSS Motorworkz located?

You’ll find us at 48 Toh Guan Road East, #02-140, Singapore 608586 inside the CarVault Servicing Centre. Look out for the “CarVault” signage.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend booking an appointment via WhatsApp as the workshop may be full at the moment.

How much do servicing or repair cost?

Prices vary depending on your car’s make, model and condition. We’ll provide a transparent, no-obligation quote when you WhatsApp us your vehicle details and chassis number.

Do you service continental cars?

Yes. We specialize in both Japanese and continental cars, including Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Peugeot and more.

Do you provide warranty on repairs?

Yes. We offer up to a 2 year warranty on different fixes. You may wish to check in with us via WhatsApp for our latest warranty details.

Can you handle accident repairs and insurance claims?

Absolutely. We manage the full claims process and carry out accident repairs from minor dents to major bodywork.

How long does servicing usually take?

A standard servicing takes 1-2 hours. Complex repairs and overhauls may require more time, and we’ll advise you upfront when you WhatsApp us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, PayNow, Atome, and major credit/debit cards.

Can I get a quotation before committing?

Yes. Simply provide your car make, model and chassis number via WhatsApp, and we’ll check parts availability and provide a quote before starting any work.
